获取歌手描述

调用此接口，传入歌手 id, 可获得歌手描述

返回内容

body.code 和歌手介绍条目 body.introduction 收紧；briefDesc 是摘要、count 是计数（empty 录制里是 7 而 introduction 是空数组）、topicData 是相关专栏，都是宽松字段。topicData 里的专栏、专栏正文和创建者编号不收紧，原样保留。歌手没有介绍条目时 introduction 是空数组（录制 artist_desc.empty.json）。结构定义和类型是 ArtistDescBody，见 返回体结构。
